I was seriously sick way back 1999. Couldn't move at all. The slightest attempt to use my muscles sent me gasping for breath. Doctors said 4 heart arteries were almost completely blocked. The only solution was to have a heart bypass operation. Nothing much I could do except to accede or else I would have a heart attack and probably die. Had the operation done at the Makati Medical Center.
I recovered and had a normal life again. 2004, alarm bells rang again. Felt very sick. Doctors said that the blockage was on again and I might need another bypass operation. I rebelled at the thought of risking my life again.
Did some research and learned about EDTA Chelation. The problem was finding a good alternative doctor who practiced this method of cure. Asked friends and my daughter to look for patients successfully treated by this protocol. Found two. Interviewed them and was convinced that the treatment really works.
Submitted myself to unheard of therapy. Elated to find all sickly symptoms gone after 6 sessions. Had 30 sessions to complete the program. Was put on prevention mode: 1 session a month to discourage plaque built up.
I am 83 years old now, my heart still beating strong and healthy. EDTA Chelation made me well. One can prevent heart attacks and strokes even before they happen. Ask your doctor to put you under preventive chelation. You will be much safer.

What Really Causes Heart Disease
Dr.Dwight Lundell is one of many doctors that I came across in the internet, who is trying to correct the wrong way we are treating heart disease. His revelation is definitely an eye brow raiser.
World Renown Heart Surgeon Speaks Out On What Really Causes Heart Disease
We physicians with all our training, knowledge and authority often acquire a rather large ego that tends to make it difficult to admit we are wrong. So, here it is. I freely admit to being wrong.. As a heart surgeon with 25 years experience, having performed over 5,000 open-heart surgeries, today is my day to right the wrong with medical and scientific fact. Read on...

Salt Ain't Too Bad
So how bad is salt (or more correctly, sodium) for our health...really?
There is a lot of misconception about salt. The general belief is that salt is bad for your health because it raises your blood pressure and therefore, a threat to your cardiovascular health.
Well, I found a blog by Dr. Mercola that says this is not true. Aside from making your blood goes up or down, it plays a complicated part in our overall health .
Read on... http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2013/04/04/high-salt-consumption.aspx
If you don't have the time to read the whole article, just read the last section. I think it is the most relevant and important part vis-a-vis our daily food choices!
"More than 80 percent of the salt most people consume is from processed foods. Indeed, there is far too much sodium in processed foods. But you shouldn't be eating those foods anyway—sodium is just one of MANY ingredients in packaged foods that will adversely affect your health. The salt added to these convenience foods is bleached out, trace mineral deficient and mostly sodium—as opposed to natural salt, which is much lower in sodium and contains a myriad of other critical trace minerals. Himalayan salt, for example, contains about 86 different minerals, and in terms of taste, you cannot compare it to regular table salt. Natural salt has flavor, over and above just salty taste.
The more you can move toward a diet of whole organic foods in their natural state, the healthier you'll be—whether it's veggies, meat, dairy products, or salt. And increasing your vegetable intake will help insure you’re getting the ideal ratio of sodium-to-potassium, which may be more crucial for overall health than we currently imagine.
Given that salt is absolutely essential to good health, I recommend limiting, or ideally, eliminating processed foods and processed table salt and switching to a pure, unrefined salt. Generally speaking, it is perfectly fine to salt your food to taste, provided the salt you're using is natural and unrefined and you’re eating plenty of vegetables."

Bountiful Bone Broth
I love most any kind of soup made from bone broth. Just as well..!
While investigating the methods used by Dr. Robin Navarro to make "miracle" cures, I stumbled upon something very few people are aware of....that a simple serving of long cooked bone soup (broth) every day will work wonders for your health. Your aunt and I are doing it now. It is cheap and easy to
implement. Have the patience to read on and know the reasons why it is so.

Aug 14, 1945 - VJ Day
Dad lived through the Second World War... He wasn't in Hawaii. He was in Manila. For me, it's a peek into a world I'd never know first-hand.
I thought you might appreciate this video as I did. But then, I do because I lived through that poignant period.

The Acid-Alkaline Balance
Dad never misses a chance to drill into us the importance of having the correct ph balance in our bodies. That is the acid-alkaline balance. He found this video that explains it in non-technical terms.
Hope you will begin to understand how alkaline and acidity in our body affect our health.
Acid
= foods containing phosphorus
= roots (eg potatoes), seeds (eg rice, corn), muscle (eg meat)
Alkaline
= foods containing calcium & magnesium (note...NOT SUPPLEMENTS!)
= green vegetables, seaweeds, herbs
Here's what my father sez...

A Parent's Prayer
I think all parents have the same lovely thoughts in their hearts for their children, but are only unable to express them in appropriate words. Well, someone did it beautifully.
If you like facts, read on below:
The prayer was written probably some time in the 1960's by Abigail Van Buren, the person behind the Dear Abby column. Abigail Van Buren is the pen-name of Pauline Phillips (1918 ~ ). Interesting fact: Pauline is the twin sister of the late Eppie Lederer, known to the world as Ann Landers. The two famous advice columnists are twin sisters!
Here is the prayer re-printed in full:
(Source: "Dear Abby", The Day, New London, Connecticut, October 23, 1971, Vol. 91, No. 95, page 14.
Oh, Heavenly Father,
make me a better parent.
Teach me to understand my children,
to listen patiently to what they have to say,
and to answer all their questions kindly.
Keep me from interrupting them or contradicting them.
Make me as courteous to them as I would have them be to me.
Forbid that I should ever laugh a their mistakes
or resort to shame or ridicule when they displease me.
May I never punish them for my own selfish satisfaction
or to show my power.
Let me not tempt my child to lie or steal.
And guide me hour by hour that I may demonstrate by all I say and do
that honesty produces happiness.
Reduce, I pray, the meanness in me.
And when I am out of sorts, help me, Oh Lord, to hold my tongue.
May I ever be mindful that my children are children
and I should not expect of them the judgment of adults.
Let me not rob them of the opportunity
to wait on themselves and to make decisions.
Bless me with bigness to grant them all their reasonable requests,
and the courage to deny them the privileges
I know will do them harm.
Make me fair and just and kind.
And fit me, Oh Lord, to be loved and respected
and imitated by my children.
Amen
Later on, Abby re-printed another version to which she attributed authorship to Garry C. Myers, founder of "Highlights for Children" magazine. (http://www.highlights.com/in-detail)
Here is the Garry C. Myers version:
(Source: "Dear Abby", Daytona Beach Morning Journal, November 1, 1980, Vol. LV, No. 263, page 3C.
Oh Heavenly Father,
Make me a better parent.
Teach me to understand my children,
to listen patiently to what they have to say
and to answer all their questions kindly.
Keep me from interrupting them,
talking back to them and contradicting them.
Make me as courteous to them as I would have them be to me.
Give me the courage to confess my sins against my children
and to ask them forgiveness, when I know that I have done wrong.
May not I vainly hurt the feelings of my children.
Forbid that I should laugh at their mistakes,
or resort to shame and ridicule as punishment.
Let me not tempt a child to lie and steal.
So guide me hour by hour that I may demonstrate by all I say and do
that honesty produces happiness.
Reduce, I pray, the meanness in me.
May I cease to nag; and when I am out of sorts,
help me O Lord, to hold my tongue.
Blind me to the little errors of my children,
and help me to see the good things that they do.
Give me a ready word for honest praise.
Help me to treat my children as those of their own age,
but let me not exact of them the judgements and conventions of adults.
Allow me not to rob them of the opportunity to wait upon themselves,
to think, to choose and to make their own decisions.
Forbid that I should ever punish them for my selfish satisfaction.
May I grant them all their wishes that are reasonable and have
the courage always to withhold a privilege which I know will do them harm.
Make me so fair and just,
so considerate and companionable to my children
that they will have genuine esteem for me.
Fit me to be loved and imitated by my children.
Oh God, do give me calm and poise and self-control.

When You're Down And Troubled...
These words, at times, come in handy when I am low and discouraged.
When things go wrong as they sometimes will,
When the road you're trudging seems all up hill,
When the funds are low and the debts are high,
And you want to smile, but you have to sigh,
When care is pressing you down a bit,
Rest if you must, but don't you quit.
Life is queer with its twists and turns,
As every one of us sometimes learns,
And many a failure turns about,
When he might have won had he stuck it out.
Don't give up though the pace seems slow--
You may succeed with another blow,
Success is failure turned inside out--
The silver tint of the clouds of doubt,
And you never can tell how close you are,
It may be near when it seems so far;
So stick to the fight when you're hardest hit--
It's when things seem worst that you must not quit.

Wake Up! Wake Up!
I think I forgot to tell my Dad that writing in ALL CAPS on the Internet is equivalent to screaming at the top of one's lungs. So if you find this post a bit too loud, turn your mental volume knob lower a tad and don't blame him. Blame me!
IF YOU ALLOW THESE DISEASE TO ENTRENCHED THEMSELVES INTO YOUR BODIES.
WAKE UP, WAKE UP !!!!
YES, IN MY QUEST, I HAVE ENCOUNTERED QUITE A NUMBER OF INDEPENDENT RESEARCHERS
WHO ARE WORKING ON THE SAME LINE OF REASONING.
