Acid
= foods containing phosphorus
= roots (eg potatoes), seeds (eg rice, corn), muscle (eg meat)
Alkaline
= foods containing calcium & magnesium (note...NOT SUPPLEMENTS!)
= green vegetables, seaweeds, herbs
